PERU RETREAT
Pilgrimage of Remembrance
There comes a moment in a woman's life when the soul begins to whisper,
There is more… More truth, More freedom, More beauty,More of you waiting to be remembered.
Join Katey Inman in the heart of Peru's Sacred Valley for a transformative seven-day pilgrimage designed to guide you home to yourself.
Held on the sacred grounds of Willka T'ika Essential Wellness Retreat Center, surrounded by the breathtaking Andes Mountains and the ancient wisdom of the Sacred Valley, this intimate gathering invites you into a week of ritual, restoration, remembrance, and reconnection. Together, we step away from the noise of everyday life and enter sacred space, where the wisdom of the mountains, the rhythm of our bodies, and the power of sisterhood guide us back to ourselves. Through sacred movement, meditation, journaling, ceremony, cacao, sound healing, nature immersion, and intentional rest, we create space to listen deeply, soften what has become hardened, and remember the wisdom that has always lived within.
As women, we have gathered in circle for centuries to heal, to grieve, to celebrate, to remember. This pilgrimage honors that ancient tradition while inviting us to explore a profound question:
What if ceremony was not something reserved for special occasions, but a way of living?
This journey is not simply an opportunity to step away for a week. It is an invitation to cultivate a life lived in ceremony.
Together, we will explore how presence becomes prayer, how intention becomes ritual, and how even the simplest moments of our daily lives can become sacred. The practices you experience in Peru are designed not only to support transformation during the week, but to offer tools and teachings that can be woven into your life long after you return home.
Midway through the pilgrimage, participants will have the opportunity to participate in an optional plant medicine ceremony facilitated by a trusted friend & shaman of Katey’s. For those who feel called, this ceremonial experience offers an opportunity for deeper healing, insight, and self-discovery within a supported and sacred container.
Whether you choose to participate or not, this pilgrimage honors the unique path of every woman.

Money: Portugal is part of the EU, and the currency is the Euro. Most ATMs accept bank cards & credit cards from all over the world. Cocoon accepts cash (in Euros) as well as credit cards for onsite payments. We don’t accept American Express.
Tipping: The staff at Cocoon are wonderful, as you will soon get to see & experience firsthand! We suggest each guest leaves a tip for the staff of €40 upon final departure from the retreat center. Please do not leave the tip in your room, rather, our manager will make sure that they’re divided among all our staff, including the cleaning team, volunteers, chefs, etc.

For minor cases, we suggest the 24 hour clinic in Odemira. It’s a ten-minute drive from Cocoon. The next largest clinic after that is in Sines: Unidade Local de Saúde do Litoral Alentejano. There are also excellent private & public hospitals in Lisbon. For emergencies, dial 112.
Even if you are fit & healthy, don’t travel without sufficient health insurance ~ accidents do happen. If you're uninsured, emergency evacuation is expensive. Find out from your health provider in advance if your plan will make payments directly to providers or reimburse you later for overseas health expenditures.
